Today, physical therapy worked with Armando to begin the process of waking up his right hand and retraining the neural pathways that control it. Below is posted a photo of the device they used - an arm skate. (I will also be adding video of the session after it uploads to YouTube.) Basically a skateboard strapped to his arm, that allows him to freely move his shoulder and elbow joints on his own. He did have some small, subtle movements, which is very encouraging.
